Cardiff University Completes Rollout of System

Cardiff University have completed their rollout of the system for two of the university's customer based departments. Both the Centre for Lifelong Learning and the Knowledge Transfer Centre have seen the system integrated into their operating procedures. The integration of the software should allow for improved response times to customer enquiries as well as providing a central tracking point for all interactions with clients. The university had previously used a spreadsheet based system to manage the courses offered by their Centre for Lifelong Learning, which sells courses to post-grads and businesses. However the new system will allow them to better access data and will also provide a means of easy sharing.
