Microsoft to Release Three New Service Packs for Office

Microsoft has announced that it has plans to deliver the first service packs for Microsoft Office 2010 sometime in the summer of 2011. They have also announced that they will be unveiling a service pack for Office 2011 for Mac this month. Service Pack 1 will consist of cumulative and public updates for all of the products which make up the Office suite, which includes Microsoft Excel. It will also include some other minor fixes and patches, however the main products to receive updates will be Office 2010 suites, Project 2010, Visio 2010, Office 2010 servers, Office Web Apps, Search Server 2010, SharePoint 2010 Products and FAST Search Server 2010 for SharePoint. The pack to be released for Office 2011 in Macs will include fixes and security updates, plus some unspecified performance enhancements.
