07 Jul Zoho Release CRM App for iPhone and Web

Zoho have recently announced the release of two new products to their Zoho CRM package with the Zoho CRM Mobile Edition and an increased level of support for mobile web browsers within the Zoho CRM. The two new updates are intended to make it even easier to manage deals and increase sales, even when the user is on the go rather than in the office. The Zoho CRM Mobile Edition  is an iPhone app that allows sales people to access all of the important data about clients that is stored on the Zoho systems while also providing them with the ability to manipulate the data in the process. The system also allows for the records to be available offline in addition to a host of other features, such as a mapping system that provides directions to a client should the salesperson need it. The Zoho CRM Mobile Edition App for iPhone is available right now in the App Store and is free download, however customers will need to purchase a subscription  to the Zoho CRM Mobile Edition to make use of it. Zoho have also released a web app for mobile phones, which differs from the App in that it doesn't require any installation and is something that can be accessed direct from the web. It is free to all Zoho customers. Mobile users can access the web app by heading to m.zoho.com on their mobile browsers.
