Perspective Raises £3.5 million for Future Acquisitions

The IFA consolidator Perspective has announced that it has managed to raise £3.5 million worth of funding, which it intended to invest in further acquisitions throughout the course of 2012. The company raised the money from banking partners Lloyds Bank Wholesale Banking and Markets. Perspective managing director Damian Keeling claims that the money will be used to purchase a number of IFA firms over the course of 2012, stating "Throughout 2011 we added a number of IFA practices to the overall group and there are likely to be further acquisitions throughout 2012. "We are fully committed to the provision of quality advice and we are well ahead with our offices’ preparations for the retail distribution review."
