03 Oct Informed Training implementing successful change following Keynote speaker session at IFP Conference 2013

Following attendance at the IFP conference as a delegate (independent CRM specialists), I have taken away so much but promised I would implement one great change to help my clients and business which I have done today - record my meetings!

Thanks to Bill Bachrach key note speaker of BAI Associates, I have used his positioning of how to introduce recording with confidence and to put the client at ease.

Now we have an audit record of the spec and requirements in addition to notes which will increase clarity and save time when inviting collaboration partners to manage any part of the project.
