Informed Training Sixty Seconds. This Week: Salesforce.com, CRM and Customisation…

Since 2010 we have attended a local Business Networking Institute (BNI) weekly breakfast meeting. Each week we present a sixty second slot and following the meeting we would like to share with you what we presented to our BNI colleagues, posting a weekly update. This week's focused on Salesforce.com, the benefits of a Customised CRM system and highlighted our great relationship with clients. Enjoy :)
Eileen Murphy – My Company is Informed Training - Independent CRM specialists – Helping clients automate their spreadsheets into CRM, and close pipeline’s down quicker. Use IT or Lose IT! This week I have been working with new clients in Lancashire. They took on Salesforce.com two years ago, but had no clear process of how the team should use it or get meaningful reports from the system. They came to me in distress, as they needed help to customise it and automate their process within the system specifically to their needs. Feed back was “We wish we had met you 2 years ago”. We have a fantastic CRM but now it will be customised to match our needs and already we are starting to see the massive benefits it will bring. We have had the go ahead for a local manufacturer to start the process of setting up a New CRM and they will benefit from the government grant of up to £3000, for NEW CRM implementation and training.
