01 Jun Salesforce.com Offer Stock Options to Newly Acquired Radian6 Staff

Salesforce.com have announced their intention to grant equity awards under the 2006 Inducement Equity Incentive Plan that it set up for its employees to employees of other companies that they have acquired. The plan will benefit the employees of Radian6 Technologies especially, as they will now be provided with Salesforce.com stock options. 15 employees of the company have been granted non-qualified options to purchase 121,465 shares in salesforce.com's common stock. Salesforce.com has also granted a total of 60,420 restricted stock units ("RSUs") to 105 employees under the Plan on May 24, 2011.
