Tenet to Begin Making Acquisitions

IFA network Tenethas announced that they will be looking to make a number of acquisitions in the coming months as they prepare for the implementation of the retail distribution review (RDR). The company has around £27 million in cash reserves that it will be using the fund the purchases that it has in mind, with their strategy being spearheaded by  Graeham Sampson, Tenet commercial director. Tenet distribution director Keith Richards claims that the network is already in discussions with other adviser groups and claims "We don’t want to sit on those cash reserves, so we want to use it to further strengthen and grow the organisation. "We are looking at larger client groups that are looking to be acquired. Tenet is actively pursuing some very interesting opportunities."
